What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, institutional affiliation).
Classroom video you upload, plus any associated metadata (class, grade, subject, date).
Assessment responses you submit (B0 / B1 / reflection).
Student outcome data you upload (with student identifiers hashed at ingestion).
Usage telemetry for product improvement (page views, feature usage).

How we use it

Your data is used to generate your reflection reports, surface them to your coach and peer reviewers, and produce institutional analytics. We do not sell personal data. We do not train third-party AI models on your classroom video.

Who can see what

Your classroom video is visible to you, your assigned peer reviewers, and your institutional admin.
Your reflection text is visible to you and your institutional admin.
Aggregate analytics (engagement, B0→B1 deltas) are visible to your institutional admin and platform super admins, in de-identified form where applicable.
Student outcome data is hashed; raw student identifiers never leave the upload pipeline.

Your rights

Access: download an archive of everything we hold about you, on request.
Correction: update inaccurate profile information any time.
Deletion: request account deletion; after a 30-day grace period your account is anonymised.
Portability: export your data in machine-readable form.

Retention

Classroom video: 2 years by default (configurable per institution). Transcripts and reflection reports: kept indefinitely for longitudinal growth tracking. Audit logs: 7 years (or per regulatory requirement in your region).
