Acceptable use
AURELIA is provided for teacher professional development. You agree not to upload content that you do not have permission to share, to harass other users, or to use the platform for purposes other than reflective teaching practice.
Consent for classroom video
Before uploading classroom video, you must confirm that you have obtained appropriate student or parental consent per your institution's policy and applicable law. AURELIA does not independently verify consent; you remain responsible for it.
AI-generated content
AURELIA uses AI to generate transcripts and structured reflection observations. These outputs are not scores, judgments, or evaluations. They are reviewed by peers and a coach before reaching the teacher. You agree to treat AI outputs as starting points for human reflection, not as final assessments.
Institutional administration
If your account is provided by an institution, that institution administers your access. They may invite you, assign modules, view your engagement metrics, and (if you leave their institution) deactivate your account.
Account termination
You may request deletion at any time. Your institution may deactivate your account per their policy. AURELIA reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is.” AURELIA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. AI outputs are advisory only and do not constitute professional evaluation.
